Slightly Controversial New Class
Name: Hooligan (Melee Class)
Primary Attributes:
Drunkenness
Mindless Rage
Taunting
Burberry Attunement
Drunkenness: Skills associated with this attribute give the player temporary feelings of superiority and invulnerability. They increase the chance of maximum health increases and decreased damage received, however also can cause exhaustion or make the Hooligan fall over and pass out.
Mindless Rage: This attribute deals mainly with melee attacks. The Hooligan gets a sudden desire to beat down anything he sees, and Mindless Rage skills allow him to get more power. While in Mindless Rage, a hooligan has an increased chance of critical hits, but decreased accuracy.
Taunting: Taunting is a hex-associated attribute used purely to wind up the target foe into a frenzy, which causes them to be less accurate with their attacks. Taunting is extremely useful when dealing with large groups of enemies as it can put them all off - however, if they are of a superior level to the Hooligan, there is an increased chance that Taunting will backfire and end getting the Hooligan beaten down before the police can arrive to arrest him.
Burberry Attunement: This attribute deals with temporary increases in armour by attuning the Hooligan to his chavvy clothing. The higher the level of Burberry Attunement, the better chance the Hooligan has to block attacks, but the risk of this attribute lies in the Hooligan becoming an unfortunate fashion victim.
Hooligans cannot operate with any secondary profession as they find everything else to be "gay" because their way is the best. However, teams of Hooligan primaries are very good units and have the potential to overpower huge groups of enemies...unless they all use Drunkenness at the same time.
Possible Skills:
Feeling Up (Attrib. Drunkenness): Hooligan tries to touch up the closest female character - foe or friendly. If successful, Feeling Up causes the target to become embarrassed and unable to attack for 4...10 seconds unless the Hooligan attacks first. If unsuccessful, the Hooligan will pretend nothing happened and go back to the bar.
Bottling (Attrib. Drunkenness): Ranged attack. Hooligan lobs a beer bottle at target foe. If hits, the bottle strikes for 18...67 damage and the Hooligan receives an adrenaline increase.
Lost Benefits (Attrib. Mindless Rage): Hooligan opens his monthly benefits envelope to discover that some of his scrounging payments have been cancelled by the Government. For 3...12 seconds, the Hooligan identifies target foe as his local MP and attacks wildly for 120%...260% of normal melee damage. If there is local debris on the ground, the Hooligan may grab it and use it to attack, which would cause extra damage.
The Big One (Attrib: Taunting): Hooligan runs up to foes at the edge of his aggro bubble and performs "The Big One" - shouting "Come on then, you wankers!" at target and surrounding foes. Hooligan must be careful to keep foes at edge of bubble so that he doesn't actually get involved in any violence. If successful, The Big One causes target and surrounding foes to become enraged and less likely to hit with attacks. If not, target foes simply stick their fingers up at the Hooligan and tell him to piss off.
Armor of Chav (Attrib. Burberry Attunement): For 30...60 seconds, you are attuned to Burberry. You will become more shady and unpleasant than usual and enemies of lower levels will try to avoid you in the street for fear of being attacked. However, your aggro bubble becomes 20% larger, making you more susceptible to attack from higher level enemies.
Hopefully this might give someone a laugh on their Tuesday morning. If you have any other skill ideas, please feel free to add. If you want to flame, again, feel free to do so

"sex" ... Hooligan runs up to target female and grabs her. If female consents, hooligan+female leave party and make a new team of three with an AI "baby thom".

It's pretty bad when jokes are better thought out than the actual suggestions in this forum.

Americans have stereotypical "trailer-park trash" and "rednecks" which are should give them an idea. And wasn't Frodo the Hobbit in a film recently about football hooliganism?

football hooliganism is one of the few things that Britain is still good at.
could be worse they could be Cricket hooligans... i'm not sure that the nation could cope with that.
